How long does a session last and what does it include?

Sessions last 20 or 40 minutes, depending on your needs. They include an assessment, osteopathic/chiropractic techniques, and guidance on recovery, posture, and daily care.

Can I book an appointment if I have acute pain?

Whenever possible, we strive to offer immediate appointments. Call us, and we will do our best to see you on the same day.
